Is this a non-debug kernel?

With the recommendations from

NM-w-o.s would become a service that is only pulled in when actually
needed. It would be good to get this included in F19, as it is
completely bogus to delay the boot for everybody just because a few
people happen to have static NFS mounts listed in fstab.

BTW, "systemd-analyze critical-chain" (possibly with --fuzz=500ms) is a
new tool in F19, which allows a bit more
