https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=48880 is updated by me a few minutes ago
and a report at pecl-opcache added

"opcache.use_cwd=0" for Zned-OPcache on machines with shared
hostung should be avoided, maybe a good idea to state this
explicit in documentations because F19 ships PHP 5.5 what
included opcachae aka ZendOptimizer+ in the php-distribution
