HI, Its called ibmonitor - an interactive bandwidth monitor. See more at http://ibmonitor.sourceforge.net Its right now in the stable RPM list of Fedora extras and I would dearly (for the love of all mankind) like to see it feature in the main Fedora distribution. Also read the bug report I filed at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=136070 for more insights.
