I have just filed these bodhi requests https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/postgresql-9.1.9-1.fc17 https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/postgresql-9.2.4-1.fc18 https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/postgresql-9.2.4-1.fc19 for packages fixing what is arguably the worst security bug PostgreSQL has ever had. I'd appreciate it if people could test these and up-karma them so they can go stable ASAP.
