default verbosity level of Xvidmode extension debugging log messages in
the X server from "1" to "> DEFAULT_XF86VIDMODE_VERBOSITY" which is set
to 3. This fixes a power consumption problem on laptops running on battery
power, where when a screensaver kicks in and calls xf86GetVidMode(), the
X server generates excessive log messages which cause the hard disk to spin
up if it was in powersave mode, thus reducing the battery life. Since the
currently logged messages are pretty useless generally speaking, this fixes
the problem by increasing the verbosity level required before the messages
end up in the log file. (#128305)
