Unintentional soname bump in cyrus-sasl-lib? Looking at the package
it seems that the soname has gone from .2 to .3, even though the
package version did not change significantly (2.1.26-5 -> 2.1.26-6).
No, it's intentional, see [1]. There were a transition period when
cyrus-sasl-lib carried both libsasl2.so.2 and libsasl2.so.3 but some
packages weren't rebuilt during f19 mass rebuild for some reason so they
still require libsasl2.so.2.
