Taskjuggler is actually THE last user. In fact, kdepim3 had already been 
dropped, and it was reintroduced for Taskjuggler. (Taskjuggler 2 builds 
without kdepim3 don't support ICal. Stock Taskjuggler 2 also refuses to 
build the GUI if you don't have kdepim3, but that's an issue with the 
configury which I had patched. The ICal one is fundamental though, it needs 
the KDE 3 libkcal.)
