Yes, the massive rebuilds have occured. AFAIU, if Koji keeps reporting unresolved dependencies, it means that the corresponding packages FTBFS. So, if you are the owner or a co-maintainer, it would be nice to browse through the root.log/build.log and see why those packages are failing to build.
