I've taken it over to keep it from disappearing. If any co-maintainer
wants to take on primary ownership I'd be happy to release it.

The bug against F18 is fixed, thanks to Alex.

In EPEL-5 I plan to update to 0.2.12 since it is clearly a bugfix path;
0.3 and above are marked by upstream as bugfix releases also, but I tend
to be conservative for EPEL-5. If someone can confirm that 0.3 is
upwards compatible there then I have no objections either.

spec could need some cleanup to become rpmlint-clean, but that can wait
until the texlive dust has settled.
