Candidate for a tracker bug? Perhaps. It would depend on how widespread
the issue is. Definitely do file a bug on it, and if you think it's a
common hardware, notify the list about it so other people can see if
they have the same issue.

This is ATI RV630 [Radeon HD 2600 Series] graphics card. Google search
shows some issues with the driver in the 3.8 series of kernels.
All other flavors of fedora (non-3.8 kernels) are fine.
