I am trying to add more btrfs support to grub2. I have os-prober patched to gather and return more btrfs information and linux-boot-prober patched for btrfs also. These patches support root, boot, and root+boot on a btrfs subvolume: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=888341

However, for grub2 to take exploit this new capability of the os-prober package, there needs to be a small modification to /etc/grub.d/30_os-prober

So, downloaded the source rpm for grub2, patched the code (a first for me: git inside of an rpm), and rebuild the rpm ... and that is the problem. I tried both the F17 grub2 package grub2-2.0-0.39.fc17 and the F18 package grub2-2.00-15.fc18. In both cases the rpmbuild -ba failed.

In both cases, there is /usr/bin/grub2-mount that is installed but not packaged, file not found for /usr/shar/man, and file listed twice: /boot/efi/EFI/fedora/grub.cfg

What kind of magic dance do I need to do so that I can build the brub2 rpms?
Never mind ... just used mock and I am not sure how you get it to build "manually"
