FWIW: Last weekend I tried to build SQLite3 on FC2. It fails its own testsuite (make test), which caused me not to submit it to FE.
IMO, Submit it anyway... so more folks/eyes can look at it. Feel free to mark it as NEEDSWORK (instead of QA).
