I tried rebuilding using the scratch SRPM from above, but I am not
a proven-packager or whatever, and cannot write to the dblatex package
git repo. I am getting access DENIED.

I'm just following:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Package_update_HOWTO?rd=PackageMaintainers/UpdatingPackageHowTo

So, somebody else will have to do this. Or, I needed to be added to
dblatex for builds.
