When I want update packages I do custom rpms, and recently use mock (*) to build the packages. #cd fedora-scm/ #git clone git://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/xorg-x11-drv-intel.git #cd xorg-x11-drv-intel/ edit xorg-x11-drv-intel.spec change version to Version: 2.20.16 fedpkg mockbuild --root fedora-18-x86_64 (or fedora-14-x86_64) fedpkg mockbuild --root fedora-18-i386 (or fedora-14-i386) and finally rpm -Uvh the build rpms if not have mock and fedpkg in F14 you could try rpmbuild -ba xorg-x11-drv-intel.spec ...
