Unfortunately we found a bug in the code generator: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=877128 It seems likely (comment 20) that a patch which already went into OCaml 4.00.1 upstream some months ago fixes this. However it requires that every OCaml package be rebuilt in Fedora 18 (since all of them potentially are using the invalid register). This isn't ideal, but I can't see any other way around it. I'm going to start this process, where possible just merging commits from Rawhide to keep the git history nice and clean.
