I'll take dee, although, gwibber will never progress past 3.6, because
the upstream (Canonical) plan is to convert gwibber into a "friends"
client (https://launchpad.net/friends), and I don't think that will
likely end up in Fedora.

Someone writing a frontend to libsocialweb would likely provide equivalent functionality to gwibber and libsocialweb already is integrated into things like gnome-online-accounts so it could be relatively straight forward.
