Thanks for your pointer about > base, I wouldn't have found this otherwise. > As an aside: my original problem (those readlink not found errors from genisoimage and wodim) still occurs, I'm guessing that's because while standard is now pulling down coreutils they don't depend on it and so yum happily installs them before coreutils.
