Right now there is exactly one bug in tracked in the tmp-on-tmpfs tracker bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=826015 One bug doesn't sound too bad, so I see no reason at all for all the hubbub you are creating, and find it very uncoridal to go berserk with escalating to FESCO before even filing a single bug, thank you very much.
