There was http://koji.fedoraproject.org/static-repos/ which I am not sure if
it would help in this case or not - but it no longer works.


This was when koji didn't have built in support for creating a static symlink to the active buildroot repo.

Koji has this support now: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/repos/f16-build/latest/

HOWEVER. These repos only contain packages that are in the buildroot. Contents in updates-testing to not go into the buildroot (unless a buildoverride was issues for a specific package). So this also doesn't help the current scenario.
