Fedora application usage.

This would not qualify, IMHO. We could argue all day about weird, unique
use cases we all have for /tmp, but I think it would be saner to discuss
usage by Fedora applications.

P.S. You should Google "ramdisk" or follow Richard's suggestion for
/var/lib/mock.
