they can since many years, now all others have to learn how
fix back the setup for their workloads

echo "tmpfs  /tmp  tmpfs  defaults,noatime,nodiratime,noexec,size=500m" >> /etc/fstab

changes in fedora are often not for the userbase
they are often only for the sake of the change
