I didn't know Jules Verne was superman's nemesis.
I am still not sure how we got from
Superman's nemesis to hot dogs (at least I think that is where "beefy
miracle" came from...).

"Verne" wasn't "Zod" was. However, given that each name has a relationship to the one before, there is a linkage. But to your point Jules Verne -> Hot dogs? Not exactly clear.
