ABRT does not have access to the required information from KAboutData. Where 
to file bugs (bugs.kde.org (automatic filing) or, for a third-party 
application using the KDE Platform, some e-mail address (fires up KMail with 
the report attached) or web site (you get a saved report, you have to click 
on the link in the dialog and attach the report manually)) and what 
bugs.kde.org component to use is encoded within the application. KCrash (the 
crash handler within the application) passes that information to DrKonqi on 
the command line. ABRT would probably need a static table with all this 
information encoded, and that cannot possibly be exhaustive for all the 
third-party KDE-Platform-based applications (nor the ones from extragear or 
playground at KDE), unless it can reliably be extracted from a core file.
