FWIW, this was an issue with the new rpm that affects packages using the
%filter_setup family of Fedora-specific filtering macros. Packages using
those filtering macros which have been built between March 23rd and now
could be missing some dependencies because of this, others are not
affected.

Erm, that should be March 26th and now. Or in other words, during this week.
