Just switching them to ext2 would save a ton of IO. The buildroots
get regenerated every time anyway, so journalling isn't really getting
you anything. If a builder crashes, you probably want to throw the
old buildroot away and start over anyway.

out of curiousity, Is the setup of the builders documented somewhere ?
