Is the plan for that to happen before next week's fesco meeting? If not 
we'll probably want to just defer it until we've made sure everyone's 
given feedback. I'd also like to see as much of the conversation take 
place in public as possible in order to make sure we can pick up the 
reasoning behind any decisions.
