Stateless Linux -- HTML version of the PDF intro

I realize it's a bit late, but here's an HTML version of the
introduction, StatelessLinux.pdf, which Havoc Pennington referred to
at the start of the Stateless Linux project thread.

Something unusual about the original PDF prevents copying and pasting
in xpdf and, I hear, even in Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 under windows.
The problem also affects xpdf-utils, causing pdftotext to print
garbage.
