The above patch fixed that. So, the rebuilds of everything that includes the problematic bits/locale_facets.h header are now needed so that F17 isn't ABI incompatible both with GCC 4.6 and earlier as well as GCC 4.7 upstream release. We are sorry about this and are actively working on testing infrastructure that will catch any similar vtable ABI incompatibilities (the quick hack scripts to check that showed this was the only problem).
