Stop. make[2]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs.... Perhaps it's a parallel make issue? Although unless ef_grammer.h is generated I would think it would always find it. See if you can repeatably get it to build (probably using scratch builds?) after removing "%{?_smp_mflags}" from %build.
