Even after opening the bug report I still wasn't sure as the one line description in the review request wasn't clear to me: Psi+ - Psi IM Mod by psi-dev@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx The summary from the spec file says: Summary: Jabber client based on Qt which is much better, but the extended description could be more clear.
