Actually, the biggest problem is that rawhide's core is stable and mature, and
can be used directly in a rolling release, and user parts are not, and break
all the time.

So what Mark asks for is the reverse of the current state. If we were able to
do continuous releases of desktop parts without continuous breakage, rawhide
would be pretty stable.
