Right, I forgot to mention why existing "Virtualization" is not good
enough for this use-cases and it's exactly because it includes GUI
stuff which is not needed on the minimal hypervisor install.

Renaming current "Virtualization" to "Virtualization Client" makes sense.
I would put new Boxes into both Virt.Client and GNOME groups, list of
packages are not exclusive.
