I thought we were told that we could rebuild our own packages, then those that weren't rebuilt would be part of the mass rebuild. So why is the mass rebuild rebuilding packages that I already rebuilt? Did I waste my time rebuilding all of my packages over the last week? Also, I've got 2 packages that are still failing to build. Can I exempt them from the mass rebuild, since I know those builds will fail anyway?
