I fixed this prior to the recent fas release (made it use en -- a full fix
would use the sponsor's locale but that would potentially slow the code way
down so would need testing) but it seemed to late to push it into final.
I can try to get a release with this out sometime in the next month. If
someone else would like to do it, though, that could potentially speed
things up -- there's a few other releases of things that I've already
committed to that have priority over this and a few things that have equal
priority with it.
