thank you for the information

this can relax many dependencies and optimize parallel start of services
without wait for the network and so we need After=network.target only
for services with explcit configurations

* httpd for ip-based virtual hosts
* services configured to a specific interface on machines with many ethernet-cards

After=syslog.target seems also no longer be needed in F15
i guess the follwoing of "boot.log" is something like buffers for this
