Karma giving isn't limited to those > who brand themselves as "QA People". There is too much "can" in it. We could get karma, but actually we only get for main/big/popular packages. The less used ones are hiding in updates-testing for a defined time, without karma. (I hope the stats for karma in bodhi will show that.)
