htt_server will not run. Failed to create unix domain socket.

Any idea why this would be?

Sep  1 14:19:23 host htt_server[4372]: Failed to create a unix domain socket for /tmp/.iiimp-unix:9010 ... exit.
Sep  1 14:23:23 host htt[4371]: give up trying to run htt_server.
