Bodhi doesn't create buildroots. It just allows you to override the
process on non rawhide branches and get a package into the koji
buildroot before it normally would be. 

There's only one buildroot for each build target... ie, rawhide, f16,
f15, f14, f15-gnome, etc.

Every target added that has a buildroot that must be generated means
more overhead for koji. It has to populate and createrepo the
buildroots a lot. Doing more means that other ones have to wait.
