R-qcc is an SPC/SQC plugin for R: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=722640 The spec file is pretty much a rip off of other R plugins - there doesn't seem to be anything particularly special about this plugin. I am working on a guide for using R for Six Sigma practitioners, and this plugin offers lots of stuff Black Belts do.
