We are working on a remix(considering a spin) of Fedora that could be used in schools[1], The problem is, most of these schools in India use donated computers and have very less memory (256 Mb - 512 Mb).
According to this blog post https://anonbadger.wordpress.com/2011/02/25/need-more-memory/ and this email thread https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2011-February/149110.html i understand that some one is working on reducing the memory footprint of anaconda.
Will it be ready for F16? How much memory will anaconda require to install Fedora 16? I'd love to see reduced memory requirements for anaconda in F16.
