Are you a Fedora Packager yet? The proper fix would be for you to
request 'commit' access to the package,

and there is a series of tickets that have not been replied to yet
either.

A provenpackager jumping in for just one FTBFS would be a short-term
solution only. It would not fix the problem of packages being
unmaintained and bugzilla tickets being ignored.
