This breaks because 1-5.fc3 > 1-4.fc4, and 5.fc3 isn't suitable for
FC4 because it doesn't contain the change introduced in 1-4.fc4 that
makes it work on FC4.
That's what the foo-1-5.fc4 update/release is for.
