In 3.2 we will support whitelisting in addition to the current blacklisting:

I'm not sure what you mean by this.

As far as some sort of better UI in a Fedora context - my two cents is
that yum is a power user tool, and works fine for this.  However there
is an intern at Red Hat looking at this in a GNOME context, I've CC'd
him in case he wants to comment.
