Got it working earlier today on RH9 and FC1 systems.

There's a experimental plugin for Mozilla that supports transparent
authentication to a Kerberized web server (but I haven't tried it yet):

http://negotiateauth.mozdev.org/

Also, Samba supports Kerberos so that it can access Active Directory
domains.
