Pursuant to a conversation on the Docs team list, the fedora-release-notes package is going to change ownership hands to its true and rightful owner, jjmcd (John McDonough). He's really been taking care of this package for some time so this is a formality. There are a number of other people on the ACL and commits list so I thought it was worth a heads-up.
