Well, given that libc.so and ld.so are shared libraries with
with meaningful e_entry, so you can actually run
/lib/ld-2.*.so or /lib/libc-2.*.so,
those definitely should be 755.  The question is about libraries
which just segfault when you try to exec them (most of the shared
libraries).
