The repositories are never in sync, it was tracked by:
	Debug info RPMs do not "require" exact maching binary rpm
	https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=151598
with some draft patch there.

There was an idea one may need more different locally installed debuginfo rpms
but so far it is not possible (one of the reasons is /usr/src/debug contains
only NV and not NVRA so they conflict) and also with all the mock and ABRT
RetraceServer etc. effort I no longer find it useful.

So the rpmbuild fix proposal so that binary<->debuginfo NVRAs must match may
be even useful from my point of view nowadays.
