There was an idea one may need more different locally installed debuginfo rpms but so far it is not possible (one of the reasons is /usr/src/debug contains only NV and not NVRA so they conflict) and also with all the mock and ABRT RetraceServer etc. effort I no longer find it useful. So the rpmbuild fix proposal so that binary<->debuginfo NVRAs must match may be even useful from my point of view nowadays.
