Well, when I said "So, don't hold me to this, but it looks as if..." in
the sentence before the one you quoted, I was attempting to imply that
I was not, in fact, sure, and had only done the most trivial read of the
code in question.

The second patch in that patchset is the one I referenced in the email
you're replying to. But I guess I misread it and it does seem to say it
fixes dm-crypt as well.
