I was working on it. Next time, please send an email to the actual
package maintainers beforehand so we don't duplicate the work.

The new celt 0.11.1 was built for both F-16 and F-15. No announcement
was made for the ABI/API change. I hope the F-15 build of celt-0.11.1
won't be pushed to the repos without prior notice, otherwise people
might get upset.
