It was (I'm the libv4l author / maintainer and knew this was coming for months) yet when it actually happened it still managed to catch me by surprise :) I plan to have a fixed libv4l package out soon. All apps which break because of this should already be using libv4l1 (purely relying on kernel v4l1 compat has not been a good idea for ages), so they should already be including libv4l1.h in all the right places, all that should be needed once libv4l is fixed is no longer also including <linux/videodev.h>.
